Pumpkin Party

JJ to pick up sugar pumpkins

MF to help set up and clean up

Only top 3 for winners, no categories

Facilitated meeting with Wayne

KN had a meeting w/ Donna and who hasn’t heard anything yet

Preparing for meeting with Wayne re; swimming holes, main concerns having a private property ie chartpak damn as part of the city’s solution

 

Smith landscape

JJ saw the students from Smith downton leeds

KN & JJ walked the property with the students

Old school site, old post office, flood memorial, leeds green, water street, entrance to roberts hill

PG suggested they have a table at the pumpkin party

JJ to reach out to them 

 

KN  – Hotel Bridge update
Estimated to be 400K, city received one bid for 2 mil

The Integrity of the bridge is  a concern

Donna is working with the consultant to figure it out

KN will write up something and run it by donna

 

Crosswalk @ post office – highway division has been doing more overlays with “big bandaids”

City has a contract to redo all the crosswalks, city wide. 

 

Traffic calming application from 5 years is dead, 

The system has changed, to the TPC

We need to re-apply for reach street individually

 

The Planning office at the mayor’s office has survey on how to spend 20 mil from ARA deadline is mid november

KN asked if we can send a village wide email about it, Yes
